We keep payments simple and flexible. You can pay monthly in advance for that month's lessons, or spread the cost of a year's worth of lessons over 12 equal monthly payments.
There is a minimum 10 lesson commitment and 4 weeks' notice if you need to stop. Payments are made by bank transfer within 7 days of the invoice date. If a payment is late, we may need to pause your lessons until it's sorted - but we'll always try to help first.
Once you enrol, you must attend at least 10 lessons. If you decide to withdraw after that, you must notify us one month in advance. Your final bill may be slightly higher, if you are on Payment Option B, as we will need to ensure that you have paid enough to cover the full cost of the lessons you have taken since your sign up/auto-renewal date.
If we cancel a lesson, you'll be credited for the cancelled lesson.
We can't offer credits for holidays or singular lessons missed due to illness, but we'll do our best to find a courtesy class.
If you need to miss multiple classes due to the same illness, you'll be credited for the number of lessons that you will have to miss. But we need to know in advance for this to apply. If you tell us after any missed lessons, we can only credit future missed lessons related to this illness.
Alternatively, if a sibling or relative wants to use those lessons while you cannot, we can accept a swap but we will need to be informed in advance to ensure that everything is in order for a safe lesson. Due to our 1-on-1 lessons, we need to be strict about this policy.
Since we only offer private lessons and don't have our own pool, we can't offer free trials. However, we can give you one lesson, at cost price, without you having to commit to regular lessons. This needs to be paid in advance of the lesson.
Large group classes can make it hard for teachers to give each child the attention they need, but a 1-2-1 ratio ensures your child gets the individual care they deserve. And because lessons take place in a private pool, you can snap away at those swimming milestones without worrying about getting anyone else's permission.
Our SEND provision is limited due to pool restrictions and the areas I'm qualified to teach in. There's no hoist and it's not wheelchair friendly. If you reach out and explain your needs, we can discuss whether I'd be a suitable teacher. If I can't help, I'll happily recommend other swim schools.
Each term, you'll be automatically enrolled into the next term with the same session times that you booked when you joined us, unless you have handed in your notice or you outgrow the pool. If you need to change session times but want to remain with us, then please let us know as soon as you know that you need this change.
Should you have a private pool and wish for me to travel to your location for private lessons, please contact me to arrange a suitable schedule. For ongoing weekly lessons, these would need to be scheduled during weekday afternoons or early evenings. The lesson price remains the same but it is more flexible with the minimum number of lessons that you need to commit to when you sign up.
